The regulations applying to land and water managers are constantly changing. 4T personnel have been an integral part of the water planning process for over a decade.
4T has an in-depth knowledge of all planning processes and the Resource Operations Plans (ROP’s).

• Can a water allocation be traded? Where can it be traded to?

• What effect will changes in legislation, the Water Resource Plan (WRP)or the Resource Operations Plan (ROP) have on operations?
